About Me
Growing up in France, I was immersed in a culture where fresh, whole foods were the cornerstone of every meal. My parents taught me the value of cooking from scratch and savoring meals together as a family.
This upbringing instilled in me a deep appreciation for balanced eating and the joy of preparing meals with love and care.
When I moved to the US at 38, I noticed some key differences in food culture. In America, convenience often leads to a preference for processed foods, which, while quick, tend to lack the nutritional value of fresh, whole ingredients.
That said, I also deeply appreciate the positive aspects of American food culture, such as the growing emphasis on fresh, local ingredients and the exciting innovations in healthy eating trend
This sparked my passion to become a certified nutritionist, driven to merge the best of both worlds.
